What size am I in the UK?

It’s amazing that Ivory Rose is not just seen in the UK, but all over the world. We have so many international customers asking to convert their current bra size into the correct UK bra size.

What size range do you offer as a brand?

We are all about the DD-G cup customer.
As a brand we offer 30DD-42G on our website however we are also stocked on platforms such as ASOS.com where we offer up to a 48G.
Knicker sizes 6-18

What delivery service do you provide?

All of our orders are sent out via Royal Mail from our UK warehouse.
UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail 48 hours (2 working days) as standard and Non-UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail International Business Parcel Tracked & Signed (5-7 working days).

My Order hasn’t arrived?

Do not panic – there must be an explanation!

We count delivery times as working days (Monday-Friday, excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the date of despatch.
You can see your order status by login in to your Ivory Rose account via the website.
For UK customers from date of despatch we say to allow 2-4 workings days and for non-UK customers from date of despatch we say to allow 5-7 working days.

It is very rare that an order can get lost in the post however we do ask for all customers to get in contact if it has been later than 10 working days. We will then get in contact with Royal Mail to investigate further.

How do I return my items?

For all UK customers we offer free returns.
We add a pre-paid returns label into your order box, which you simply apply to the front of your parcel and drop off at your local Post Office when need be.
You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Non-UK returns needs to be posted back to the below address:

I have received the wrong item!

Wooops, this is not something we want our customers to experience and we can assure you our warehouse team work extremely hard in making sure all orders are labelled up correctly.
If you have received an item that is not correct, please send a clear photo to us at [email protected] along with your invoice details and we can investigate this further. We will always send out the correct item as a replacement if it’s still in stock.

Can I return an item I have bought from another website ie. ASOS?

Unfortunately, you cannot return Ivory Rose items that you have bought on any other website that stocks Ivory Rose. We only accept returns from customers who have purchased directly from our website.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express) and PayPal.

I have a discount/promo code, how do I apply this coupon to my order?

When you have added all your items to your basket, open the cart and there is a box which has ‘Have a promotional Code’. This is before you go to the checkout. Please note only valid promotional codes will be accepted.

Can I amend my order?

Of course! All you need to do is email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will ensure your order is amended before it is dispatched. Any orders that have already been dispatch, cannot be amended

What happens if part of my order is out of stock?

If part of your order is out of stock, you will be emailed and issued a refund for the out of stock items.

An Item I purchased is faulty, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that your items are faulty, please email us at [email protected] sending a photograph along with your order number and our customer services team will ensure a replacement is sent out.
